On the ship we have UHF Motorola for ISPS purposes. Some of them have nice original case with holder, some not - all becouse of money.
I tried to modify holder to be used on waist belt or with harness on arm. And also to print lacking case replacement.
It is to some extent customizable, but use OpenScad to gain full access
Printing:
holder - PLA
case - Fiberflex or similar. Can be printed 2 ways:
dual extruder - full case and insert from PLA or soluble filament to keep case top & sides in place
single extruder - in 2 parts, for instance back+bottom and front+sides. I will attach files to these later.
It is not printed yet - no 3D printer on board
