UFS aggressive skate frames. Loosly inspired by the Kizer Slimlines, and the old Able frames. Wheel spacers are built in and designed for standard, round-headed, 8mm axles. Will not work with Kizer or Ground Control single-tool axles.
PRINT AND SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
These are anti-rocker only frames to produce the largest h-block area possible.
Maximum outer wheel diameter: 60mm
Maximum anti-rocker diameter: 47mm
Versions:
Rev1 is going to be heavier but should hold up better with weaker materials because it has more reinforcement.
Rev2 is about 20% lighter but I would recommend a very strong material such as NylonG.
Sizes:
Large - 292mm
Medium - 279mm
[UPDATE: 9/10/2020]
Skated Rev1 in PETG and they failed in the middle of the H-Block. Rev2 was designed before testing Rev1 so it had the same design flaw in using a narrow base for the H-Block. New version released today with design changes based on the failure of Rev1.
The "Free Print Skates - One" (FPS One) is essentially the same as Rev2, but with a much stronger H-Block base. Maximum wheel sizes: 63mm outside, 50mm rockers.
I printed them in solid ABS using 999 perimeters with a 0.6mm nozzle. I've skated them pretty hard for 4-5 sessions now and they seem to be holding up quite well.
