When I got a second printer I got another set of free Allen wrenches. I decided to try out these handles. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:951909
They fit well and hold the wrench, but didn't have the sizes marked on the handles.
I modified these to have the wrench size marked on the top and on the side. This helps pick the correct wrench.
