I run this UDOO as a Transmission, Sickbeard and SABnzbd server, and it tends to get really hot.
Requirements
1x 50mm 5V Fan
1x M4x15 Socket screw
4x M3x10 Nylon screw
2x M3 Nylon nut
Instructions
thread the M3 and M4 holes accordingly
Secure the bracket on the UDOO with 2 Nylon screws
Secure the Nylon nuts and screws in the two holes opposite to the mounting bracket (the ones over the heat sink, on the left in the photo), these will prevent the fan from resting on the heat sink
Screw in the M4 socket screw to secure the fan on the bracket
Connect the VDD and GDN leads to appropriate terminals
