This is an exceptionally simple calculator for determining the length of carbon tubes required for any size of U180-styled quadcopter. The default values are based on the measurements I took from my 3d printed ABS parts, and I sized the frame for a 220mm diagonal measurement. I found the 180mm frame was really tight, and meant that any cables that hung out a bit from the main stack would get clipped by the propellers. This version should give more room around the stack, and allow for slightly smoother airflow and less turbulence from propwash interaction. I can't give anything beyond speculation though, as I haven't flown my new U220 frame yet.
The value 10mm_corner_offset is the distance from the bottom of the plug to the center of the motor hole, and 6mm_corner_offset is the distance from the bottom of the hole in the corner to the center of the motor hole. Adjusting these to match your printed parts should give a more accurate fit. The diagonal_size variable should be self explanatory.
The Makerbot Customizer doesn't give console output, so you'll need to save the file and open with OpenSCAD to modify. Results are given with the echo command to the console.
