Handle for the type 2 IEC 62196 connector (also called "Mennekes Connector") used for charging electric cars.
I made this for the according inlay
All things you need to print for the handle are collected in two files:
print_all_hard.stl and
print_all_soft.stl.
The soft things (print using TPU) are used for the cable entry protection and as gasget. Everything else should be printet in a normal plastic. The original Mennekes connector uses PA6 (nylon). Everything is printed without support with 0.1mm layer height.
Furthermore you need to print the inlay referenced above.
You need 6 screws:
2 for the cable strain relief (2,5mm, 15mm long)
4 for screwing the halfes together (2,5mm, 18mm long)
In case you need to (re-) print a specific part: files cantaining each part separately are provided.
The design is made in OpenSCAD - the files are provided.

Griff für das männliche IEC 62196 Stecker-einlegestück (auch "Mennekes Stecker" genannt), der für das Laden von Elektroautos verwendet wird.
Den Griff habe ich designed für das Einlegestück
Alles, was für den Griff gedruckt werden muss, ist in zwei Dateien zusammengefasst:
print_all_hard.stl und
print_all_soft.stl.
Die weichen Teile (zu drucken in TPU) sind der Kabeleintrittsschutz und die Dichtung. Alles andere kann in normalem Plastik gedruckt werden.
Außerdem muss das passende Einlegestück gedruckt werden, das oben verlinkt ist.
Der Original-Mennekes-Stecker verwendet PA6 (Nylon). Alles wird ohne Support gedruckt mit 0,1mm Schichtdicke.
Falls man ein Teil (neu-) drucken muss - habe ich Dateien hochgeladen, die jedes Stück einzeln enthalten.
Es werden 6 Schrauben verwendet:
2 für die Zugentlastung des Kabels (2,5mm dick, 15mm lang)
4 zum Zusammenschrauben der Hälften (2,5mm dick, 17mm lang)
Das Design habe ich mit OpenSCAD gemacht - die entsprechenden Dateien habe ich ebenfalls hochgeladen.
