An interesting veriation of one of my stern wheeler ideas. I have yet to draw a reasonable looking wind generator, so I have barrowed one from the wharehouse that is aproximately the same size as intended. The boat is all electric except for the wood stove. The hull would be devided up into 12 seperate watertight compartments. The two compartments amidships would hold the battery banks, charge controllers, motor controlers, etc. The anchor stowage is in the bow. Then a fairly large stowage where one could stow deck gear aswell as an scooter for getting around on land. Both of the hull sections in the back would also be used for deck and mooring stowage. Fire would would be stowed below deck under the stove. Using my best estimates for weight, the boat should draft between 4 to 6 inches. The boat should be able to cruise at about seven knots all day long day after day.
