I created the micro drone propeller using the TsAGI R-3a airfoil coordinates. Testing was performed on the Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig All results can be checked below.
It was printed slowly, with the help of a 0.2 nozzle at 0.04mm height per layer. The final part was cleaned with a Precision Knife
After this, I got to finishing the part with a small piece of 400 grit sandpaper.
These are the measurements for some voltage presets (you can also view these in the images):
1.5V => 7.45 grams
2V => 14.13 grams
2.5V => 25.04 grams
3V => 32.4 grams
The included files consist of all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to tinker with the propeller, you should grab a bunch of 8520 coreless motors.
You can use the SLDPRT extension files, just in case you desire to make your own changes to the propeller.
Note: Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library in python.
