This will adapt a Harbor freight soldering iron holder/ helping hands to hold the TS100 soldering iron. it is meant to be a tight fit that is lightly sanded with a dremel to fit snugly as desired.
you should use a higher temp plastic, I used PETG. I also lined the bottom with aluminum foil tape just incise i miss putting the soldering iron in so it will not gouge the plastic with the tip. its not necessary but suggested. because of the added thickness from the tape a little more than usual sanding was required. easy work for a dremel.
the whole thing is held in with 3 small zip ties to the metal spring guide.this design will also prevent the end of the iron from pokeing past the metal guard or even making contact with that guard.

infill is not important if you have thick walls. I used 5 line thick walls with no issues
