I have upgraded my TronXY X5s to 24v and in that process also mounted a FET for driving the heated bed. The spacing of the holes on the FET board I found is the exact same as the holes on the main board.
It is designed to have the same height as three of the spaces used to hold the lid that covers the main board. This way you get a little (8mm) extra space underneath the cover for the main board, making space for the fan to face inwards.
The design consists of two brackets, an upper and a lower. The lower one attaches to the frame of the printer, making the FET sit really sturdy.
You will need the following parts:https://www.ebay.com/itm/302469523106
The following I had left over when building the tronxy:
1 T-nut
1 M4x8 screw
2 M3 hex nut
2 M3x10 screw
(Yes, I know my printer is mess. I'm in the middle of the 24v upgrade)
