Added main bracket with integrated Manfrotto plate into part.
STL-files include support to remove after printing.
Install M6x25 with M6 lock nut in the knob turning the nut the "wrong" way on the bolt. You may need to heat the bolt/nut if fit is too tight.
The brackets are joined by a M3x16mm Allen head bolt and a lock nut.
There are no threads in the holes so drill 5-5,3 mm for the M6 (knob) and the same for the 1/4" for the tripod thread. Then make threads with appropriate tap. Or, simply screw the bolts in making its own threads as I did. Had to drill slightly bigger holes though.
The tripod mount fits lenses Ø65mm with maximum 17,5 mm groove for mount. I use it for a Canon EF 200/2.8 to substitute the Canon Tripod mount Type A II fitting these canon lenses:
EF 200/2,8 L USM
EF 80-200/2,8L USM
EF 200/2,8 L II USM
EF 70-200/4 L USM
EF 70-200/4 L IS USM
EF 400/5,6 L USM.
