This is a cover for the Trek Rail Chainstay Pivot.
It exists to stop stones and crud getting into the very tight clearance between the rear triangle and the main frame that this bikes design required in order to keep the chain stays as short as possible.
Note: This does obstruct the charging port, you can easily lift it out the way.
Note.: I highly recommend invisiframe or helitape to prevent scratching. Printing in TPU will help but you will still get debris between the clip and the frame that will scratch the frame without some protection.
It fits pretty well although I may improve the profile that sits against the seat tube in a later version.
I reccomend printing in TPU - although I have dont it myself yet. I'll feed back on that process later.
You need a long 5mm cable tie to hold it in place.
Print without supports.
