Tree of Deserters

Our gruesome scenery is inspired by famous etching no 11 La Pendaison (The Hanging) from the collection Les Grandes Miseres de la guerre (The Great Miseries of War) by French artist Jacques Callot depicting the horrors of thirty years war... Group of deserters are hanged on large tree while some others may try the luck in playing the dice with the hangman... Just to get the second chance and be killed or executed later... High resolution tree model can be used even in more optimistic projects while the hanged bodies are great addition to any horror or halloween pictures or animations.
