The Patriot 5000 was created during the golden age of cybertron for Sentinel Zeta Prime. Thought lost to the ages the Patriot 5000 seemed to appear to Optimus Prime in a vision, a vision turned reality when he stumbled across the weapon while exploring on earth. Capable of massive destruction Optimus Swore to only use this weapon as a last line of defense.
