My last submission. Version 4, with both dampers installed. :-0
2 or 4 wheel, complete symmetry, and those shimmy problems are gone.

All specifications met, including that darn 650-700 mm axle to axle.
My design criteria -
Each component is completely symmetrical, allowing the same component to be used on any axle or any side of the vehicle.
This was conceived when I decided that each arm must be able to be used as a single axle, or a double axle. If you don't want two, just take one arm / spring / damper off.

The lateral side brace which bolts to the cross beam, was designed to be slid where ever the builder needs it, or not even used at all if desired, as might be the case in single axle configurations.

Each bracket and cap have extra gap between them just to make sure that the two never meet and as such permit maximum compression.
In the event that cap and bracket compression is insufficient to held the bracket and assy in place under hard braking, a cross bolt configuration has been provided in all cases. Mix and match however is needed. Use cap and cross bolt if you like.

The thickness of the lands and webbing can be reduced substantially, and even more so the thickness of the beam mounting structures. I did not have enough time to go back and reduce the thicknesses.

Obviously there are some areas that could be easily rearranged to provide a much better overall design. We were not provided a frame to work with, nor the length of the hub's bearing strut. The total range of the damper was unknown, and I really needed the damper range to edge the mounting arrangement better, but decided that the model provided would be used come hell or high water, and while it seems rather close to it's compressed stroke now, that's what we were provided...oh well. We can fix it later.
