English version
ATTENTION: There is a problem, at least with my kind of traffic light. The gearpart has a to small inner diameter. It has to be bigger and is in the "easyprint" variant fixed (increased to 65mm inner diameter)
This is a remix of: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2147300
He made it in Tinkercad so it was easy to add more details.
I didnt know how to make this gear thing at so top, so he saved me a lot of time.
I have for some time already a few traffic lights lying around (manufacturer not known), but unfortunately no suitable wall mount. This is the attempt to bring the whole thing to the wall, the mount of RS1990 looks fitting (diameter looks plausible).
Till now I have it not printed, I will add these Information after the first made.
I think it should be printed with dual extrusion and PVA.
Mabye the top gear part should be moved a little bit down. This should do a better job. (will be reported after test)

Part with short gear: https://tinkercad.com/things/3AGFbxUL8Ot
Part with long gear without cabletunnel: https://tinkercad.com/things/14acAa97IlN
I know I have forgotten to remove the 4 bigger holes, but I dont worrie about that.

Updates:
2017-04-25 19 GMT+1: Fixing some position issues with mounting holes
Added a version with a shorter gear-part
2017-04-25 22 GMT+1: Added versions without cabletunnel
2017-04-26: Added pictures of traffic light mount plus M8 nut
2017-04-28: Did I said a hole for a M6 nut? Meant M8. DOUH! Measures were right, only labeling was wrong.
2017-05-02: I have added a shrinked Version of the short gear version. Now it should be possible to print it with a Makerbot Replicator. I will add a shrinked version of the part with the long gear on request.
2019-03-27: Easyprint variant added and increased the inner diameter of the gear part to 65mm. The easyprint has a 0.2mm layer inside the cable tunnel as a bridge/support to print it without support inside. So you can print it without PVA and you just have to cut that layer with a knive. Doesnt look clean, but nobody will see that later, and it will it make easier to print. So maybe I can print that without a dual extruder finally, after 2 yeas. Why I didnt hat earlier that idea? I have also added this part updatet as a single tinkercad projekt
