I wanted to create a single STL that when printed (in reasonable time) will test the common calibration areas / failure modes simultaneously, namely:
Single wall thickness (As SpaceXULA says, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1637 is perfect - thanks Dmatsumoto!)
Wall and top surface finish
Overhangs of various degree
Small holes
Towers
Extruder start/stop settings
Updated with initial print using Makerbot Cupcake defaults. The steep overhang fared better than expected, the short pieces of single-thickness wall failed, as did the tower. More pics once I've dialled in the Skeinforge settings a bit.
