The pass thu header connector system can be used, or just leave the pass through modules out and pass your wires directly out the rear cover opening. The pass through connector utilizes popular JST connectors for hot end and auxiliary circuits. The stepper motors and sensors utilize Dupont pin headers (simply pull out pins at ends and where dividers exist in the printed parts). The high current heating bed 2 circuits are now designed for using Aptiv / Delphi 2.8mm automotive terminals (male terminals locked in place with self tapping screws, mates to commercially available Aptiv unsealed 2way APEX 2.8 female connector, the male connector once printed, undercut the locking tab with an exacto knife so mating commercial 2way connector properly locks up ... another option for this connection could be to use the popular XT-60 connector used on my R/C battery connectors (feel free to remix and contribute!). NOTE: I have include one Pin-Out example, file which can be altered, printed out and taped to back of unit for reference, highly recommended!!
APEX 2.8 terminals / connectors available at Mouserhttps://www.mouser.com/Delphi-Connection-Systems/Connectors/Automotive-Connectors/APEX-28-Series/_/N-1ehb5?P=1yzmthrZ1z0zlez
The "Outlet Spacer" is optional, using it provides additional internal space ... to seperate high voltage leads from circuit boards.
Raspberry Pi "light pipes" in base, are made from any translucent 1.75mm printer filament. Trim one end with razor blade, insert into base hole, then flush cut with razor blade, simple!
Disclaimer for cry babies with lawyers: When fully assembled, the maker assumes full responsibility for their assembled unit ... remember, this is not a UL approved commercial item, nor has my design been optimized for your safety. Be responsible, build safe, ... if bad things happen, it's on you.
