NOTE!: I just got my second Anet A8 and I was about to install these strengthners into it but I realized that they don't fit. My second Anet A8 was the newer version with mold injection X-axis pieces. So bear in mind these may not fit into your model unless it's an old one.
There are some pieces trying to achieve the same goal that these try to, but I just wan't happy with the ones I had and couldn't see anything that catch my eye in terms of doing things right.
I designed these to finally make my frame stronger and it does. There is still a weak area from the middle down but I find it strong enough for now.
Be aware for the left support, since you will have to get a long bolt or else remove one of the board separators in order to fix it to the frame. See pic attached.
