The same Model as from @lostinseale but with a hole in the front middle large enough to fit the Wera 889/4/1K Rapidaptor inside. A Magnet holds it in place.
I used the same Magnet as used in the "Denture Bit Holder".
You´ll still need the M5 Nuts as well as the M5X16 or M5X20 Screws.
