Tobruk ring-stand bunker - STL
A Tobruk or Ringstand is a type of small concrete bunker, with a machine gun position, which was built by the Germans in late 1944, around the Meuse (River Maas) area, and elsewhere on the Atlantic Wall. These were small bunkers for observers and machine gun teams. They were placed with intersecting fields of fire in key defensive positions or to expand bunker fortress perimeters.
This STL file is designed for FDM Printers and print with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.3mm layer height.
Supports are not needed for this model.
The model measures approx:
89mm x 44mm x 45mm @28mm Scale
58mm x 29mm x 29mm @1-76mm Scale
44mm x 22mm x 23mm @15mm Scale
17mm x 9mm x 9mm @Epic Scale
It is designed for 28mm table top games set in WW2 such as:
Bolt Action, Chain of Command and Konflikt ’47. It can also be used in games such as Judge Dredd, Necromunda, Fallout Wasteland.
Now rescaled to 1/100 for Flames of War and 1/250 for epic, by popular demand.
See the blog post notes on scales about resizing STL files.
