Titan Mount with BLtouch for Prusa i3 Rework Carriage Bolt-Pattern by W3DRK

I modified this mount to fit my customized ORD Bot which uses the 43mm x 43mm Prusa "Rework" extruder carriage bolt pattern. ORD Bot extruder mounts are not very common so modifying my ORD Bot to fit Prusa style extruder mounts seemed like a logical choice.
The Titan is located as close as possible to the carriage while leaving enough room to for a 360-degree layer fan to not interfere with the BLtouch. I also added a small relief to clear the E3D branded pancake stepper wiring harness connector. The screw holes and nut-trap sizes have also been adjusted for a better fit.
UPDATE 9-18-17: The STL has been updated so the mount is correctly oriented for printing. I've also changed the embossed text to say "TITAN" instead of "ORD bot" since the likelihood of someone else actually using this on an ORD bot is probably slim.
