Printed this part with PETG but PLA should be more than enough. this is also designed for a 50mm blower style fan with 60mm (center to center) mounting holes.
i used:
2 x M3x40 Cap head Screws (button head works as well)
2 x M3x20 Hex head Screws (cap head or button head work as well)
2 x M3 Threaded insert
1 x 12V 50MM Blower fan
you will need to print 1 Duct and 1 Titan Mount
due to the strength of the blower fan i recommend either using a silicone sock for the e3d Heater Block or lower fan speeds if you have the capability. the setup is designed for a standard e3d-V6 hotend. not a Volcano Setup.
Edit: i designed a new nozzle, a ring style which focuses air around the nozzle instead if at it. so far the design seems to work very well ive printed about 5 parts ranging from small to large and it seems to work very well.
