I really liked the simplicity of the original design by fdm guru:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2240359
but it would not fit my hotend at the orientation I had it in, and the thickness of the E3D sock, then wrapped in kapton tape.
I also slightly enlarged the airflow.
