This dinky 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is literally Paulwall's cheapest housing market! Basically this is a shortened single wide trailer home. Like any trailer house, there is the white skirting about the bottom, hiding the wheels. The tongue was removed. There are a number of houses in the Paulwall metro area that have 1 bedroom/bathroom where a person or people live their lives out of. There are people in Paulwall who don't have a lot of money or a lot of stuff. However, this doesn't have to be a house you live in year-round. You could have this as a guest cottage or even a getaway weekend cabin off of Lake Paulwall if you wish. Take the walls out and make it a foreman's office if you're that ambitious. The house is so small, you don't get a central furnace but some baseboard floor heaters instead. The small, but open living space features a full kitchenette. There is a tiny bedroom at the end that has laundry hookups for potential laundry opportunities.
