Tilting Colored Pencil Holder

This is a tilting pencil holder set I designed for my wife based on a case of colored pencils that had one built in. Put the long side forward for better balancing with the pencils tilted down, or to the back for spacing away from the wall. If you put it to the rear be careful it will fall forward with all the pencils tilted.
I used a 4.5mm diameter 200mm long rod for the hinge.
