Tic-tac-toe XOX nixie base for Lasermad kit by alantch

This is the base for the IN4 and IN7 nixies that was used for the tictactoe DIY kit from Lasermad. The supplied bases were not easy to fit the nixies into, so I designed them to be slightly taller so they can sit inside the base without fear of coming loose. The PCB also snaps fit to the bottom now.
