This is my first try at something a bit, erm,biggerthan my usual architectural scenes so it's definitely not perfect. It's a royal-ish hall, hence the emphasis on gold and red, and is lit by an HDR image from both sides of the scene. Rendered with Cycles at about 800 passes.
