Thranta-Class Gunboat Deliquesce-type

A modification of the Thranta-Class corvette into a gunboat performed by the crew of the Deliquesce. By happenstance the Deliquesce was crewed largely by non-humanoid aliens (Vratix, Verpine, a Xi'Dec, etc.) who had difficulty operating the humancentric controls and systems of the CEC-developed Thranta-Class of ships. Upon request, command gave the crew permission to modify the vessel as long as the changes were easily reversible. Due to the vagueness of the response and some level of cultural misunderstanding the crew of the Deliquesce took it as a blank cheque to modify as they pleased regardless of the system. Many internal systems were modified to better accommodate the crew. Some crew areas were practically unrecognizable. The most apparent external modification was the addition of two turbolaser pods, more than doubling the vessel's firepower. The modification impressed the admiralty and was used somewhat infrequently during battles against the Sith Empire.
