I made all of these models via measurements taken directly with calipers.

EDIT: Actually I did make this. the original was not to the right scale, and was a single piece, I needed to make it in pieces so I could assemble a handle around a jet-cut metal blade. HOWEVER, the measurements I used were taken from this model and I think they did a fantastic job so I'm leaving this link in there.
