There are a lot of Core XY type printers like H-bot, D-Bot. I tried to make mine with constrains of my own. The cost of Rail MGN12 is higher than HGH20 here in INDIA. so I had designed it with HGH15C Block. 2020-Aluminium Profile is used as Infrastructure. I had also tried to have minimum Printed component. With 1605 Ball screw and PU Belt I think it will be rugged and robust built. Built Area will be greater than 450mmX450mm. Height will be greater than 350mm. Bolt Used are M3 for Idlers,M4 for Block Mounts & M5 for 2020 fixture. Future plans for interchangeable Hot-end/Laser/Spindle will be there. Lets make it.. Work is under progress.
Z axis Ball screw 1605 along with TWO 12mm Smooth rod with FOUR LMF12UU bearings.
