Not depicted 6D engine, photovoltaic film outer hulls, sound dampening material inner hulls, 8 hydraulic arms for g shock absorption between outer hulls and core body.and angeling the output. 2 swash plates for angeling the rotors together.
the outer hulls prevent the power rotors from being disturbed aerodynamically when in thruster mode and allow for a steady feed of inflow on top. sort os slicing through the air soundless, no sonic booms. sound dampened rotors internally.
