The University of Iowa Carver Biomedical Research Building (CBRB) is located west of the Iowa River at 285 Newton Rd. The newest addition to the UI health sciences campus, the CBRB provides laboratory space for investigators in pediatrics, internal medicine, physiology and biophysics, and otolaryngology. The state-of-the-art facility also houses one 800 MHz and two 500 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance imaging devices.
