OK, so I was 90% of the way there with the single blower Titan Aero mount, and just thought "meh".
So I went large and did a new thing.
BLTouch V2.1 + EZABL V1.28 update
Added extra support under the left fan mount to make printing in the upright orientation (nozzles on the bed) easier with ground up supports only, and added a small support under the right fan mount too. Also removed a lump from the carriage plate to make fitting the heat block in easier when installing.
EZABL V1.27 update
I have added EZABL to the mount, it is not in the best position, but there is nowhere else for it to go really! It will clear the X axis stepper housing and limit switch, so that's not the issue, but you may struggle to get it over far right (+300 way) enough to get a good reading, however it may be fine but I can't test as I don't have an EZABL.
I printed out the pink one at 0.2@50%+2 Shells.
The second fan (right) is offset forwards to allow clearance from the filament tension knob.
A channel connects the two fans should one fail, it will also balance the pressure between them.
On V2 in a week or so, I will be adding diffusers on the nozzles, and also an offset baffle in the air channel to stop one nozzle from potentially stealing all the air-flow. I will also add some better cable management for the bltouch, stepper and fan cables.
Any other suggestions, please let me know before I merge the new STL. For this reason, this thing is marked as a "work in progress", but functions absolutely fine on my CR10S.
I have completely redesigned the air channels and blowers on this model compared to the single 5015 unit allowing for more airflow and less resistance from fan to nozzle.
