UPDATE: Newer, more accurate version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2744300
This is a remix marrying two beautiful and functional designs into one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1850163 (Dual Blower fan duct) and this wonderful servo bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:930292.
Printing is difficult, and the design might change in future to try and make it easier to print. Best is to use custom supports, and if you have good adhesion print it upside down. If you don't have custom supports, print it lying on the 'box' and with supports from build plate. You will likely have a lot of cleaning up to do, as there is a lot of bridging.
main body can be printed at 0.2, medium infil. The arm and gear should be printed at around 0.1, no brim, solid.
Whole project was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1632848 , and the instructions there can be used to setup this project as well.
UPDATE: New design which shifts the arm to the left, allowing better airflow to the hotend. Added arm to use a large Microswitch - my recommendation is to get a Honeywell V7 5F17D8 1796593 , which has an insanely low activation force of just 0.15N. This means minimal pressure on the bed and extremely high accuracy. Bought mine here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351388088028?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
Also made the design work off the interchangeable dual blower fanduct here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2346783 which allows greater flexibility on which ducts to use. I am still designing ducts that work well with the wires of the hotend rotated to face the front. Ducts can be found in the link.
