Stable flight behaviour was achieved using an 18mm C6 rocket engine (19 grams of weight) and 30g nose cone weight (I glued 25g of steel balls into the tip). For other engines adjust the weight of the nose cone to achieve a center of gravity @ about 90-100mm (measured from the basis).
Parachute can be added. Use a 1m steel rod with 3.2mm diameter to launch the rocket.
Don't do stupid things with it!
