Woo, finally a new model! This was a one day project where my goal was to design and prototype the perfect enclosure for dual 18650 mosfet mods. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it's exactly what I wanted. I'm releasing the source files for this model for anyone who wants to alter it, just fire up 123d design(free program) and go to town.
The deets:
12mm and 16mm button variant, room for both external and internal buttons.
Volt meter and non voltmeter designs, uses a standard box mod volt meter
Door is friction fit accounting for ABS shrinkage (PLA milage may vary)
Battery tray can be wired Series or parallel and then superglued or acetoned into the case once wired.
Blank battery door can have whatever logo you want on it, just import the logo via STL or sketch and cut it out of the door sunk in 1mm-1.5mm (wouldn't go much deeper as doors only 2mm thick)

1x 3034 Mosfet - Digikey number IRLB3034PBF-ND
1x Voltmeter (optional) - Source ebay / aliexpress
1x 510 of your choice - recommendation Varitube
1x 12mm or 16mm button of your choice
Some wire(14g-16g) and solder
