Here is a collection of prints that provide you with a pretty much complete storage and play solution for Terraforming Mars. The more complex / specialized prints were designed by me in Fusion 360, while the other, more generic ones leverage some of the great box and card holder solutions found elsewhere on Thingiverse.
The great thing is that there is still room in the box for more, should, say an expansion materialize!
Here is the breakdown:
TM Player Tray - Left - 5mm - 158mm tall v2TM Player Tray - Right - 5mm - 158mm tall v2

I made these two designs to be very close to the size of the original player boards. You'll need 5 sets of the Left / Right pair. The split between the two was designed to enable printing on Prusa / RepRap sized printers, and to more easily stay together when placed side by side.

TM Hex Tile StorageTM Hex Tile Lid-v2

This is the holder for all the hex tiles in the game. I generally double up the Ocean and special brown tiles and then distribute the rest of the greenery / city tiles across the remaining bins. To play, just set next to the board and remove the lid. Take out the Ocean / Brown tiles and you're ready to go!

TM Temperature Marker

I threw this together, real quick, to be a new temperature marker that is something different.

Oxygen Marker

Why make something when you can find it, or a close second, on Thingiverse! The file for this isn't here, but you can get it from R/C Gas Cylinder by sciencepotato

TM Player Cubes - Parametric_compartment_boxTM Resource Cubes - Copper and Gold - Parametric_compartment_boxTM Resource Cubes - Silver - Parametric_compartment_box

These are specially designed "self-assimilating" boxes. When you dump in a bunch of cubes while lightly shaking it, the cubes will magically line up with an almost borg-like consistency. All of these are customized configurations of Parametric Compartment Box with Lid by Acker. This was one of my first finds on Thingiverse and one of my most valuable. You can configure compartments and the lid. I use these boxes for everything!

ICT-Terraforming_Mars 72 Cards (project cards)ICT-Terraforming_Mars 72 Cards tabbed lid (project cards)ICT_Terraforming_Mars 12 Cards (corporation and reference cards)ICT_Terraforming_Mars 12 Cards tabbed lid (corporation and reference cards)

These are all customized versions of Interlocking Card Tray - v2 by SpoonUnit. These are designed to hold sleeved cards (67mm x 92mm x 0.53mm). If your sleeved cards are different dimensions, grab SpoonUnit's file and customize to your sizes.
You'll need three of the 72 card version to hold all the Project Cards. You'll need two of the 12 card versions to hold the Corporation and Reference cards. I printed the Project cards lids in a different color so I could use the lids for holding the discard piles and not get them confused with unused card piles.
