This is a case that holds a 2.2" ILI9341 LCD module and a Pi Zero W (probably fits a normal Pi Zero as well). The case was originally designed for the FITHINATOR, a TF2 server monitor.

To get the LCD module in you'll need to slide it in at an angle enough to get it past the lip for the lid, then wiggle it around a bit until it's flush with the front opening, then it should slide down into the bottom channel.
You will need two M1.8 or M2 x 5mm self-tapping screws (or something close in size) to screw on the lid.
