Hello, here are the Z stabilizers that I created to solve my Z-Banding problem.
The area of the screws are 5 mm thick.
Designed to work only with :

608zz Bearing - 21.8mm-22mm diameter ( Bearings from old RollerBlades )
I printed mine in PLA with 100% infill 0.2 layer and no support and I use 2 M4 screws and 2 M4 T-nuts on each Stabilizer.
On the pictures, Yellow and Red Cubes - Bender and Nefertiti Heads - Dragon and Green MiniNuke, are printed with Z Stabilizer.
And all pictures of real Stab are prototype, I don't have picture of " final " Stabs but the ScreenShot of Tinkercad show what look the " Final " version...
