Inverted E3Dv6 holder based off http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1829292
Significantly increases Z-axis space when using an E3Dv6 volcano in comparison to the original holder.
Make sure to turn the heater so it is not too near the carriage elements or it will soften/melt the plastic!

A version with screw holes for the SN04 sensor has been added. This makes it compatible with this radial fang:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2186095

Added the front part required for screwing the E3D in place.
Note that at least for clones it may be slightly too large leaving some wiggling room. Just wrap some duct tape around the relevant part of the E3D.
