I made this sensor from a limit switch button I bought on AliExpress.
The task of this sensor is not only to stop printing when the plastic ends! He had to clean the plastic from dust and straighten the rod to make it easier to enter the bowden extruder.
Just a small life hack: if you are having problems when changing the plastic in the extruder that goes with the printer read below:
Buy the cheapest M6 thermal barrier in China, cut off a piece of it and screw it into the golden-colored part of the Tevo Tarantula (standard) extruder. It can make your life much easier!)
I added .f3d file - it is a project file so you can safely change the design in Fusion360 to fit you better (different buttons, tube diameters etc).
This design is one of the parts of my project to turn Tarantula into CR-10.
