Teac EQA-190 Equalizer Button Cap

This vintage equalizer was missing a cap to one of the slide controls. Great opportunity to play with my 3D printer. Thanks to @uski for his version of an OpenSCAD key cap template, which I used as the starting point for this one. Anyway, here is another example for others to start with if this looks close to what you need, reasonably easy to evolve the code to other applications.
