You know that situation: Flying into rather wet clouds, foggy mornings or rain itself surprises you while being on a long range mission. While most parts of your plane are dealing with moisture rather well (given they are inside the fuselage) this does not count for your VTx. It has to be outside for a sufficient airflow.
I created this box to contain a 40x40mm fan and my TBS Unify transmitter. The bottom fits perfectly on the Nimbus´ses tailboom. After installing everything you can seal the holes with glue or anything you like. The lid should take normal moisture and light rain pretty good. Cooling works fine on 500mW, didnt check on 800 yet. I´m using a 12V 40mm fan on 10V.
