Fixed some thin geometries for better strength, optimized some areas which were too bulky and made the model better looking and stramlined.
GENERAL INFO
This is a mount fot the DJI Air unit video transmitter, designed for the TBS Source One V3 drone frame. My design lifts the unit 10mm from the bottom plate of the frame to allow the battery wires to run underneath the mount. It also keeps the rear aluminium standoffs for added strength, however, it requires the rear-middle ones to be removed.
This design also extends slightly past the back of the frame to protect the antenna and the unit's MMCX connector in the event of a crash. Please keep in mind that this mount has been designed to be used with straight antennas, it will not work with 90 degrees connectors.
The ideal material to print this in would be TPU, if however your printer struggles with flexible materials, PETG will work fine but may snap in the event of a crash.
The mount fits with most flight controllers but may require you to move the capacitor if you have one soldered to the battery pads of your power distribution board.
I included the original Solidworks file in case anyone wants to make any changes, just keep in mind to please use the remix function to ensure that people are directed to the original file.
