TBS Gemini Improved Mobius Mount - No Velcro! by billyd

We all hate using Velcro for attaching the Mobius to our TBS Gemini racer. For one, the Velcro doesn't stick well to the Mobius. Secondly the Velcro causes the Mobius to move too low, making the bottom cover push outward and causing an unsightly gap between the cover and the frame. And thirdly, it's just not cool enough!
This updated mount connects to the Mobius the way it should. By inserting a lip into the side grooves of the Mobius. This mount holds it strong! And there is a stop in the back of the mount preventing you from pushing too far back. And the cover prevents it from coming forward. But even without the cover, it takes a fair amount force to remove the camera, so it's not going to happen unless you want it to.
I am really pleased with how this turned out. Shockingly what I thought would be quite challenging actually worked perfectly on my first try. The pictures you see are the literal first print attempt I made. The design was dead on from the get go. That does not happen often for me!
Update 2-20-15 Added Ez print version with minimal support requirements. A lot easier to print on a single extruder.
Update 2-20-15 part 2 I strongly recommend the ez version to everyone. It is a better mount design because it actually provides more clearance for the vibration dampers to work.
Update 2-20-15 part 3 Made some minor tweaks to the EZ version to improve printability.
Update 3-04-15 Added new design Mobius with 10 degrees of tilt so it points straight ahead when you fly fast forward. (Note you can't use the stock lower canopy with this version). Please note also since updating my printer I need a different scale for ABS, so this file is scaled 1.01 in x and y (instead of 1.019 like the other files here).
Update 3-10-15 Added GeminiMobiusEZTank version. Super strong side rails for those that want extra holding power for the Mobius at the cost of a slight weight increase
