TBK is a building with long history. It was and remains home to many organizations. In Soviet time you could find here a cinema, an ordinary and a store. Today it's an exhibition hall of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science and a restaurant 'TBK-Lounge'. For many years a swordcraft club 'Victoria' is located here as well.
