That is a low offset 1.9" rim for direct mount on the Bruiser hubs.
It's intended to allow the use of 1.9 tires without increasing Bruiser's track width by converting the hubs to hex 12mm.
This rim design has been inspired by Bonkett's model also available on Thingiverse, but I wanted something that looks more realistic.
