Simple Initiative Tracker that allows you to glue a small portrait in place. These can be lined up on the DM screen so everyone can see the turn order. If you put your picture in an Oval that is 25mm x 39mm it should fit perfectly inside of the tracker. I made the oval in PowerPoint, lined up the photo I wanted to use, then printed it and cut it out. Remember to print 2 pictures! I printed the tracker standing on their long edge (as in the picture, not in the preview) and they did just fine. I printed 6 at a time.
