I quite often want to transport my laptop or more often iPad on my bike. This is a simple, hopefully elegant solution.
An intra-frame Silicone rubber (Stretchy), one size fits all pouch.
Although it's drawn with a flap to cover the computer, a better solution would be a collar with two lips which you roll up to form a seal - in the same way as Dry-Sacks work.
This could be made in bright colours to improve side visibility and provides a real estate for logo / advertising.
Being in line with the bike, it offers lower wind resistance than traditional panniers.
Pros:
Light weight
Provides vibration & shock protection
Highly visible - for safety / brand advertising
Easily Waterproofed
Cons:
Looks like some kind of Rubber 'Bondage' accessory!
